MAP & DIRECTIONS

Coming from the north on the San Diego freeway (405) exit at the Sherman Way exit, turn left at the traffic light and head south on Haskell Avenue. Cross Sherman Way and turn left at the traffic light at Vanowen Street. Go east past the traffic light at Sepulveda Boulevard. The second driveway on the left hand side past that traffic light is the entrance to Healthline Medical Group. Parking is provided in the secure parking structure adjacent to Healthline Medical Group’s building.

Coming from the south take the 405 freeway north, exit at Victory Boulevard. Turn left at the traffic light onto Victory and go east to the first traffic light at Sepulveda. Turn left at the traffic light and go north to Vanowen. Turn right at that traffic light. The second driveway on the left hand side past that traffic light is the entrance to Healthline Medical Group. Parking is provided in the secure parking structure adjacent to Healthline Medical Group’s building.
