Dr. Rosenblum has been practicing occupational and family
medicine since 1974. Occupational medicine has been his
primary focus since 1985, after founding Healthline Medical
Group with his colleague, Dr. Emmett Berg. Dr. Rosenblum’s
mission is to provide the highest quality of healthcare
that he can possibly render to his patient population.
This must be done in a cost effective and timely manner
that meets the needs of the patient. Dr. Rosenblum takes
a lot of pride in effectively communicating with his
patients, the employers, the nurse case managers and
adjusters who are involved in the healthcare delivery
system. He has taken the time to perform many occupational
site walk through tours in order to better understand
the work place environment that his patients spend their
day at. Dr. Rosenblum has authored an article for the
San Fernando Business Journal on the importance and value
of early transitional work duty programs.
